When you are business owner your customers are a blessing. Cultivating the relationship with every new customer should be your priority. Nowadays, customer service means "Call Center", but we are experiencing a crisis in customer service everyday caused by long time answers and authomatic answers in a call center room where machines are first.

I remember the time when a customer give me a negative feedback. That moment was really a surprise and I understood that something was wrong. My answer was inmediate.  It cost me lot to find a customer and now I have to do "enought" and "reasonable" efforts to save the situation.

"Enough" and "reasonable" are subjective terms that can vary depending on the situation and the expectations of the customers. However, in general, to provide excellent service, it is important to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and needs.
